INPUT-OUTPUT CONFIGURATIONS Our MAK machines can be equipped with double heads to provide efficient seal application using cold glue technology. SMOOTHING GRIP Our smoothing grips are designed to ensure precise, dependable smoothing of the seals on your products. We offer various types of grips appropriate for various types of seal on the market, including versions for U, I and L seals. 4. PRESSURIZATION OF EMPTY CONTAINERS A specialized blowing system is used to ensure a perfect surface for label application on empty PET and HDPE containers. Heads may be customized to suit different container sizes and shapes. 5. SPECIAL ANTI-ROTATION PUSH CAP HEADS The cap pressing heads are fitted with an innovative antirotation system to ensure the utmost firm-ness for outstanding precision. 6. Our rejection systems allow you to separate products on multi-via conveyors for accurate, efficient separation. 8. UNIVERSAL STARWHEELS (for conveying containers) Our Universal Starwheels are designed to offer outstanding precision conveying your containers du-ring the production process. They feature a rapid, precise adjustment system for easy adaptation of the device to the specific size of your containers, to guarantee dependable, problem-free conveyance of bottles of any diameter. 9. AUTOMATIC AXIS ADJUSTMENT Automatic axis control is available for unprecedented flexibility on our labelling stations. High precision brushless motors permit quick, accurate axis control, positioning the axis in different ways: vertically, horizontally or on an angle. The system can memorize different settings, which can easily be called up again via the control panel. 10. FOLLOWER centering system The FOLLOWER is a Makro Labelling patented unit applied to the labelling machine to orient bottles so that labels can be attached in precise positions in relation to a reference already present on the bottle. It does this using a drastically lower number of sensors (1 rather than 10, for example) than conventional solutions, allowing customers to significantly reduce changeover times.
