How It Works
The process unfolds through four main steps, each designed to ensure high performance and premium aesthetics:

Phase 1: Liquid label layer
The process begins with the application of a transparent label layer, precisely printed only where the graphics will exist. This coating acts as the actual “substrate” of the label, replacing conventional facestock materials.

Phase 2: Ink layer
Next, the ink layers are printed in precise registration with the label layer, protecting the graphics while achieving high visual quality and maintaining design integrity.

Phase 3: Adhesive layer
Then, an adhesive layer is applied, also perfectly aligned with the label and ink layers, ensuring effective adhesion to the container without excess material or waste.

Phase 4: Winding
Finally, the decorated material is rewound, ready to be applied onto bottles or containers using specially designed labeling equipment.
